Log in to your account:

<p>Log in to your account:</p>
<ol>
<li>Click the<strong> ‘domain names&#8217; </strong>button on the left menu.</li>
<li>Click the <strong>‘register DNS&#8217;</strong> button on the left menu.</li>
<li>If you are registering the nameservers for the first time use the <strong>‘Register a NameServer Name&#8217; </strong>section.</li>
<li>If you have previously registered nameservers for your domain, use the ‘Update a NameServer IP&#8217; button.</li>
<li>Enter the information provided in the e-mail you would have received during your account setup procedure.</li>
<li>This information is under the <strong>‘Nameservers&#8217;</strong> section and has two values in the following format:<br />
ns1.domainname.com - IP address<br />
ns2.domainname.com - IP address</li>

<h2>Bulkregister.com</h2>
<p><a title="Log in" href="https://bulkregister.com/cgi-bin/memberHome.cgi" target="_BLANK">Log in</a></p>
<p>If your domain is registered with BulkRegister you can set up name servers for that it.</p>
<ol> To create name servers using your domain name you must use the web interface.</p>
<li>Click on the<strong> &#8220;List Domains&#8221; </strong>button</li>
<li>From the list, click on the domain you want to create the name servers for.</li>
<li>Click on the option, <strong>&#8220;Manage Name Servers&#8221;</strong> button</li>
<li>Click on the option, <strong>&#8220;To create child name servers of this domain, click here.&#8221;</strong></li>
<li>Add the prefix you wish to use for that name server (the prefix, i.e. ns1, ns2), (the suffix, i.e. .com, .net, .org does not have to be included since it is already listed). The prefix is placed in the left hand box.</li>
<li>Enter the corresponding IP address in the right hand box.</li>
<li>Click on <strong>&#8220;Create Name Servers&#8221;</strong> button</li>
<li>Verify that all changes are correct and click on &#8220;Confirm&#8221;</li>
</ol>
<p>You must use valid IP Addresses for the nameservers</p>

<h2>Network solutions</h2>
<p><a title="Log in" href="https://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/manage-it/index.jhtml" target="_BLANK">Log in</a></p>
<p>The nameservers servers will be in the format of :</p>
<blockquote><p>NS1.YOURDOMAIN.COM<br />
NS2.YOURDOMAIN.COM</p></blockquote>
<p>To register your custom nameservers you must log on to your account with network solutions and complete the <strong>‘Host registration form&#8217;,</strong> following the instructions.</p>
<h3>Fill out the Network Solutions form:</h3>
<p>You must fill the form for every nameserver you wish to create</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>General Information</strong></span><br />
Enter your e-mail address<br />
Select  <strong>&#8220;NEW&#8221;</strong></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Host Information</strong></span><br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Host NIC Handle:</span><br />
(leave blank)<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Host Name:</span><br />
Enter the nameserver you want to register (ex NS1.YOURDOMAIN.COM)<br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;">IP Address:</span><br />
Enter the IP address of that nameserver</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Contact Information</strong></span><br />
your contact info</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Host Form Authorization Information</strong></span><br />
Select your desired Authentication Method, and  press the <strong>&#8220;Generate Host Form&#8221;</strong> button<br />
Press the <strong>&#8220;Mail this Host Form to me&#8221; </strong>button and a copy will be e-mailed to you.<br />
YOU MUST now check your e-mail, and send the form back to Network Solutions for processing (just reply to their e-mail to send them back the template)<br />
If you don&#8217;t send back the form they will not process your registration.</p>

<h2>OpenSRS</h2>
<p><a title="Log on" href="https://manage.opensrs.net/" target="_BLANK">Log in</a> to OpenSRS</p>
<p>In the Manage Name Servers section,  you will see a link: <strong>&#8220;If you want to create or modify a name server which is based on {your domain} click here.&#8221;</strong></p>
<p>Here you can register custom nameservers . All nameservers must be on an unique IP . Type the prefix and the IP address and click <strong>&#8220;Create Name Server</strong>&#8220;.</p>
<p>If you get this error : <strong>&#8220;Unable to create nameserver: Registry error, nameserver creation failed [Attribute value not unique]&#8220;</strong> it means that the IP entered is already used. You must use another IP address or delete the existing record on that IP</p>

<h2>Go Daddy</h2>
<p><a title="Log on" href="https://www.godaddy.com/" target="_BLANK">Log in</a>.</p>
<p>Click  <strong>&#8220;My Account&#8221;</strong> on the upper left.</p>
<p>Login with your user/pass and click the <strong>&#8220;Domain List&#8221;</strong> button</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">ONCE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT:</span></p>
<ol>
<li>Click the domain that you wish to use for your nameservers</li>
<li>Locate <strong>‘Domain Host Information&#8217; </strong>at the bottom.</li>
<li>click<strong> </strong><strong> ‘click here to add&#8217;</strong></li>
<li>Enter the first nameserver and IP</li>
<li>Click <strong>‘Register Name Server&#8217;</strong></li>
<li>Enter the second name server and IP</li>
<li>Click <strong>‘Register Name Server&#8217;</strong></li>
<li>Propagation can take up to 48 hours</li>
